The olive trees of Mas Fuertes were planted on the estate in 2010. The trees overlook the vineyards of Campo de Futboll and Campo de Golf. The olive oil comes from 100% argudell olives. These olives are exclusively found in the Emporda region. The high quality of the olive oil is due to the fact that we press our olives once and cold. This method of production means that no oxygen enters the production process, which results in a soft but tasty olive oil. 1 liter of olive oil requires 10 kilos of olives and the olives are picked by hand. We use the best Italian machines. The olive oil is available in a 250 or 500ML version. The oil is mainly intended to flavor dishes such as salads or pasta, but can also be served perfectly in combination with bread and salt/pepper during a starter or a drink.
