Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at MFS B.V. ("we", "us", or "our"). We hope you are satisfied with your products. However, if for any reason you are not, you can find our return and refund policy below.

Return Policy

  1. Return Period
    You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  2. Exceptions

    • Wines, olive oil, and honey can only be returned if they are unopened and in perfect condition.
    • Opened products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.

  3. Return Procedure

    • You will receive instructions for returning your product, including the return address.
    • Please ensure you retain proof of shipping when returning the product.
    • Returns can also be made after registering your return at the Mas Fuertes Store in Muiden.

  4. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Refund Policy

  1. Processing of Refunds
    Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  2. Refund Method
    The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.

  3. Delayed or Missing Refunds
    If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
