At Mas Fuertes Estate, we believe in the power of nature, and our organic honey is a perfect example. Lovingly collected by our own bees, our honey offers not only a delicious sweetness but also a rich history dating back to ancient times.

For centuries, bees have been considered symbols of wisdom, fertility, and abundance. They are essential for pollinating crops and maintaining biodiversity in our ecosystems. On our estate, we are fortunate to have over three million of these industrious little pollinators, who stay on the estate during the winter months and seek out the coolness of the Pyrenees in the summer.

The art of beekeeping, keeping and caring for bees, has been passed down through the generations. At Mas Fuertes Estate, we cherish this age-old tradition and passion for beekeeping. Respecting the natural rhythms of the bees and the environment, we harvest our organic honey with care and dedication.

Our bees swarm across the vast landscapes of the Empordà region, feeding on the nectar of wild flowers and plants. The result is a rich, aromatic honey with a unique flavour and character. From the warm summer days to the cool mountain air, each jar of honey tells the story of the landscape and the seasons in which it was harvested.
