Over the years, Mas Fuertes has carefully planted olive trees on the estate, with a wide view of the vineyards. The olive oil produced here comes from 100% argudell that grow exclusively in the Emporda region. This unique variety contributes to the special taste and quality of our olive oil. The 100% organic Argudell olive oil has an oleic acid content of only 0.32%. This low acidity indicates exceptional quality and freshness, a characteristic that is essential for extra virgin olive oil.

One-time and Cold Pressing
At Mas Fuertes we strive for perfection in every step of the production process. Our olives are single-pressed and cold-pressed in the most advanced Italian machinery, minimizing oxygen during the production process. This results in an olive oil of exceptional quality, with a soft yet rich flavor.

Each liter of olive oil requires meticulous work, as it takes approximately 10 kilograms of olives to produce it. Our olives are picked by hand, allowing us to select only the best and ripest fruits for pressing. This careful process guarantees an olive oil of the highest quality.
