On Tuesdays we serve a delicious homemade meatloaf of organic ground beef, served with a tasty mash of potatoes and endive. A hearty and warming meal, perfect for this time of year!

Beef stew with a Chinese twist
"A worldly twist on a classic"

Imagine a traditional French beef bourguignon, but with the exciting flavours of Chinese five-spice powder and a fresh aroma of lemongrass. The meat is wonderfully tender due to the addition of coconut water. A stew that combines the best of both worlds!

Heating instructions:
Pan: Heat over low heat with a dash of water (8-10 min), stirring regularly.
Oven: Place the stew in a covered oven dish and heat to 160°C (8-10 min).

Mediterranean Za'atar Lamb Meatballs

This dish brings a sunny Mediterranean vibe to your table! Tender lamb meatballs seasoned with za'atar, combined with colorful tomatoes, airy bulgur and salty feta. Fresh, light and full of flavor – perfect for a weekday indulgence.

Heating instructions:
Oven: Place everything in an oven dish, cover with foil, and heat at 160°C (8-10 min).
